SHIPPING

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing in-stock orders and to receive confirmation of order shipment. If you order something on pre-order, we will email you as soon as we have an exact date for shipment and again when your package is sent.

Free pickup in Altadore/Marda Loop is available for our Calgary customers! Click that option at checkout and you will receive an email with the pickup address when it is ready to collect. You can retrieve your new Faun pieces from our outdoor pickup box on the deck.

Please note we are not responsible for customs clearance fees in your country and holding times of packages by customs.


RETURNS

We’re sure you’ll fall madly in love with your purchase just as much as we loved handcrafting it for you. However, we understand love at first sight doesn’t always turn out the way we wanted it to. Should you need to exchange or refund a Faun item, here’s what to do:

  • Email info@faunstudio.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • Return merchandise to Faun within 18 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in 100% new condition, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Return postage is not covered by Faun Studio.

  • For exchanges, the replacement item’s shipping must be covered by the customer.

  • Please make sure all your shipping details are correct before processing your order. No refunds will be provided if incorrect shipping information is provided at checkout.

  • We are not liable for lost or stolen packages, tracking will be provided always.

“WHERE IS MY ORDER?”

  • As soon as your order has been processed and is on the way, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. On average we ship your package within 1-2 business days after you place the order. From there, it takes approximately one day to reach the sorting facility and 3-12 business days depending on the destination.

  • If your order hasn’t shown up 18 days after you have ordered it and you think there might be an issue, email marisa@faunstudio.com.

  • If you get a notification that "package was delivered" and then you go check your mailbox and it’s NOT THERE!?!! ...wait 3 hours then check again. For some reason this is a common occurance. Some mail delivery services are a bit hasty with the notifications.

     

"NO ONE’S ANSWERING MY EMAIL/DM!"

  • Please give me 1-2 business days to respond to your email. Faun is a locally run clothing label, not a big fashion brand with automated customer service. I am a busy small business owner and personally respond to every email. I promise I’m not intentionally ignoring you! If you don’t get a response within 4 working days, then email again.

“WHEN YOU ARE RESTOCKING?”

  • As an ethical fashion brand, we only produce small quantities of each style to avoid overstock.

  • If a design is popular enough to sell out, you can bet it’s eventually going to be restocked!

  • (This does not apply to limited releases; particularly, pieces made with recycled deadstock fabric.)

  • Sign up for email notifications. Our email subscribers are always the first to know when something is back in stock again!

“CAN I TRY ON THESE PIECES IN PERSON”

  • A Faun continues to grow, it is a dream to have a physical storefront. Until then, we are still operating out of my home studio. Detailed sizing is available for all new collections so you can do your best to determine your best fit.

  • Check out our list of Canadian retailers to see if there’s a boutique near you that has Faun in stock. Note: our stores only carry a limited range of our designs. Confirm availability with the boutiques directly.
